I downloaded Adobe Illustrator for Mac and I am getting a message that says, "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."
I click on the link below that says, "Get Adobe Support Advisor." The link tells me that the "advisor" has been discontinued.
Please help me! I followed a previous forum of the same question and the answer to not work on my computer. What should I do to install the program?

Hi Parker-
Can you give us a bit more information about your situation?
Is this for a perpetual licence version of Illustrator, a single cloud product, or do you have a creative cloud membership?
Is this a new installation or an upgrade? What version?
