Hello all,

I have problem with install of Adobe Audition CC. When creative cloud installed the Audition about 77% it had error with extract of package. I tried delete with "Creative Cloud Uninstaller" and install new exe file again but it did not help me!

Then I tried to use as here: Adobe CC 2017 Installing Error and Solved - YouTube   also did not help.

Could you please help me? What should I do?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot and the error code, as per the description you encountered Error code: 127. It states there's an issue with extracting the downloaded installer. You may check this information here on this link: - Creative Cloud download and install errors.​

I would request you to close the installer and the following processes from Task Manager, then run the Creative Cloud desktop app as an administrator.  Please feel free to update this discussion with the results, so that we may assist you appropriately.

Dear Atul,

I did as you asked. Now I have a new problem))

1. I did close full CC processes from task manager

2. I run CC app as an administrator

Now I could not go at all

When I run usually domian user CC app tried install the Audition but it can not. It give me 127 error

Hi Rustem,

I can see that you have tried to close all the processes and then tried to relaunch Creative Cloud desktop app. I couldn't translate the message from the screenshot, however, looking at the appearance of the error message, I think it similar to the error message mentioned on this link: - Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged.​

To look for a little more information or error code 127, please look for "ERROR = 127" in this document Creative Cloud download and install errors. 

Moving on to the next step, I would request you to clear the files from temp folder at this location "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp" and then try to reinstall it.

Hello Atul,

I reinstalled the windows 7 pro. Now Audition work very well.

I think problem was program files/cache/common files
