installer stuck at 5%

I was noticing that my Typekit fonts were not syncing so I opened up the Creative Cloud app. It's stuck on 5% while Installing Updates. I've read tons of threads about this and there doesn't seem to be a solid solution. I've rebooted computer. I tried uninstalling but it won't let me until I uninstall all programs associated with it. My OS is Windows 8.1. Does anyone have a miracle cure for this?

I will definitely be turning off the automatic updates as soon as I can!!!
