Installing 5.5 Master Collection on New Computer

Hello, I have adobe creative suite 5.5 master collection and am trying to install it on my new iMac via internet download since there is no disc drive. The product is currently installed on my old powerbook. Please let me know how I can do this and still keep the product on my laptop.
