Installing and setting up, Adobe CS5.5 Production Premier

I have managed to download the C5.5_Premier Prodction suit, But i wanna know how to fully get it into my computer. I have the serial numbers, I use an HP laptop, I purchased it 3 days ago, Pliz i need

your help as soon as you can, cuz I dont to deall bizness.

This is the page, I am getting when I click on the SET UP icon, so i dont know what to do now, its alot of money!
