I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud (on Windows 10), but after starting the .exe file (as administrator) the status "Initializing Installer" does not change (just freezes at the beginning)

Please be sure that you are logged in on the computer as an administrator and try the below steps:

Please try to run it as admin. You may use cleaner tool to remove the remains and retry.
