Installing Creative Cloud in Windows 10

I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud (on Windows 10), but after starting the .exe file (as administrator) the status "Initializing Installer" does not change  (just freezes at the beginning)

Please try to run it as admin.  You may use cleaner tool to remove the remains and retry.
