Hello there,
Adobe Support says that Creative Suite can be run on Sierra using a workaround to get past the Installer not working.
I've followed the workaround instructions on the Adobe Support site-- Installing Creative Suite on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)
However, I still get the same error message when I try to open \Contents\MacOS\Install in Terminal and can't go further.
The error message is "'Install' can't be opened. You should eject the disk image."
Can anyone help?
Nola, Sydney, Australia
Hi Nola,
As you have mentioned that you have already tried the steps given in "Installing Creative Suite on a new Mac or macOS 10.12 (Sierra) or later " help document however its still doesn't work.
I would recommend to check the size of .dmg file downloaded if the size of the file is correct then follow the below steps :
Go to > disk utility and eject: DesignStandard_CS5_5_LS1.dmg
Retry the installation.

Hi Bani,
The file size is correct. I have redownloaded the .dmg file several times. (DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg — 3.76gb).
I have retried the installation process a number of times according to the Help instructions but still encounter the same error, which tells me to eject the disk image. I get this error even using terminal to attempt to open the installer inside the package.
Problem not solved. Any further ideas?
Nola

Did you dragged and dropped Unix Executable file name Install to Terminal ?

Nola dragging the Install Unix Executable to the Terminal window should resolve "Install can't be opened. You should eject the disk image." since you are directly invoking the Executable and not launching from the disk image.
What error message do you receive when dragging the Install Unix Executable to the terminal window?
