installing CS3 [was: Creative Cloud] on new computer, previously purchased through university

Hi, since I'm in charge of our home computer, the task of installing programs is mine.

My wife purchased your (site licence) Adobe Creative Cloud medewerker-Nederlands through her university back in 2017 I believe.

We now have a new computer but when trying to install CS3 [was: Creative Cloud] (on the new computer), I am asked for the redemption code.  I have entered the redemption code that we were originally given a few years ago and your software shows that we have already redeemed that code and we cannot proceed further.

(I have all the sets of 24 digits for CS3, Acrobat 9, Firework CS3, and Contribute CS3.)

Our needs for the software are rather basic and we don't need to update this with a subscription.

Are there any easy solutions for us?

Thanks, Dave Horne / Sacha Trimbos

Am I to now assume if we want CS3, and even though we bought it, there are no options?

Are we then required to buy the program again or buy a subscription?

Thanks, Dave Horne
