I have a valid copy of CS4 and an upgraded version of CS5. Both were running on my Windows 10 home laptop however when I upgraded to Windows 10 professional CS5 was deleted.
The problem is that I must install CS4 before I can use my upgrade disk to install CS5.
When I tried to install CS4 from my disk I got an error message "code 2".
When I attempted to dowload CS5 from my account I got a message "The file archive part of CS5 is missing ----Please download all of the parts"
What is the problem and how do I fix it?

That is not true.
You can use the disc and it will ask you for the serial number of CS4 that you are upgrading from.
