Installing elements 2023 gives an customhook_hd_eo error, while elements 2024 installs just fine

Question

Hello there,

I purchased a license for elements 2023, while installing i get a customhook_hd_eo.exe error that the program cannot be started.

I tried for debugging purposes to install elements 2024, and that works just fine.

Seems to me the customhook_hd_eo.exe file for the 2023 is corrupt.

Assistence would be appreciated.
