Installing Lightroom 4.0

Hi,

I wanted to re-install my lightroom 4.0 (after complete reboot off the Mac) and I have the product code in my adobe account. I have found the page where you can dowload the older versions but for lightroom 4.0 it says: contact support

But when I go through all the steps to contact the support, I end up again on the download page..

Does anyone has this experience?

    As you have mentioned that you wish to install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 on Mac and you were not able to contact support for the same. I would request you to try the steps mentioned here: - Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link Please feel free to update this discussion after trying this.

    Unfortunately it doesn't help. When I use the link, I end up again like it always does.. being advised to look in the forums or FAQ's.

    In the meantime someone from adobe did contact me by mail for a call. I'll give an update after.

    Thanks for the update Sven, please post the case number (if any) I would also like to know what happens when you select call or chat from the second screenshot.
