Installing Lightroom 4 with Windows XP Preofessional

Download proceeded normally but then some problem emerged with the Windows Installer and installation di not conclude. What should I do? Thanks

I personally think it is rude for Adobe not to mention that you can't upgrade on an XP machine that worked fine with LR 4.  I found out the hard way.  And it isn't reasonable to expect a user to read hardware requirements for an upgrade to a product that is installed.  The software maker should point out the problem.

Quite amazing if so. Would expect someone from Adobe to come here and comment. As far as I am concerned have no intention to migrate to Windows 7.
