Hi,
I got a brand new Macbook laptop yesterday with a clean install of MacOS Sierra 10.12.15, and installed Lightroom 5.7.1 on it. I've not restored a backup or transferred any user information from old machines.
The install file came from the official download area and the file is called "Lightroom_5_CCM_LS11.dmg".
On startup, the splash screen opens for a second, then displays the error:
A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
Error: 213:10
On reading the thread Lightroom 5 on Mac OS 10.12.1 Error: 213:10 it would seem that this installable file will not work in Sierra, but a different version of the installable will. Thankfully that installable file has a different name " Lightroom_5_LS11.dmg".
So thats great news, evidently something in the CCM version doesn't play nice on Sierra, but my problem is I can't find a copy of Lightroom_5_LS11.dmg on any of the adobe download sites.
Can anyone post a link to that installable please?
Thanks,
John
you have 2 dl options, adobe and prodesigntools with links below. also, this may help (though your error sounds different),: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html

Download and installation help for Adobe links
Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages. They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3. If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!
PRODESIGNTOOLS
if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here: New Adobe Lightroom 5: Direct Download Links + Difference vs. LR4 | ProDesignTools
and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

Hi kglad,
Unfortunately none of those links worked.
1. The prodesigntools link http://prodesigntools.com/trials3/AdobeProducts/LTRM/5/osx10/Lightroom_5_LS11.dmg redirected to a link http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/LTRM/5/osx10/Lightroom_5_LS11.dmg?redirect=arvato
which returned an error:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/LTRM/5/osx10/Lightroom_5_LS11.dmg?" on this server.
2. The adobe blog article links to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5856 redirected to the Download a free trial or buy Adobe products | Adobe downloads page which does not contain the Lightroom_5_LS11.dmg file I am looking for.
