Installing Media Encoder on Windows 7 Machine

I have two machines running Windows 7.  One of them already has Adobe Media Encoder on it, and that app cannot be updated because Win 7 doesn't meet the system requirements.  HOWEVER... on my second Win 7 machine I just installed CC and cannot see how to install the previous version of Media Encoder for which the Win 7 machine does meet the requirements.  Is there a way to access "Previous Versions" if the machine has not previously had the application installed?

Microsoft no longer supports Win7 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4057281/windows-7-support-ended-on-january-14-2020 so Adobe also no longer supports Win7

Go to https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl and 'click around' to see if the version you need is available

If you do find a download, but sure to copy to at least one external device
