Installing photoshop on a Macbook

I have an iMac and Photoshop CS5 (version 12.1) installed. I have a new MacBook and would like to install this version of Photoshop on it. I have only used the disc once for my iMac. Is it possible that I can do this as I thought you could install the disc version on up to 3 devices? I realise as I don't have a disc drive I can't insert on my MacBook.

Any help would be gratefully received!
