Installing photoshop

Please help.  Paid for photoshop app.  Creative Cloud installed, but when I select "install photoshop" nothing happens.  Just says "waiting".

Check if there is no pending updates for Creative Cloud Desktop application. 

Secondly,try to sign out and sign in on Creative Cloud application.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, kindly get in touch with Adobe Customer Care via following method: 

1. Please go to www.adobe.com
2. Click Support, it will open various support options like Help Center, Adobe Forums, Enterprise Support, Download & Install and Contact Us.
3. To initiate a chat, click Contact Us.
