INSTALLING

So I downloaded the installer .And it started installing . But now it's showing a blank screen.

What should I do now.

What version are you installing and on what system? If you are trying to install a Creative Cloud app then it should be done through the Creative Cloud desktop app which should be installed directly from the Adobe website. Is that what you mean by downloading the installer? In the Apps section of that you should see a list of all the apps offered with your subscription and an install button next to them. Just click on the button of the app you want and it should install automatically. Any apps that your operating system is not suited for will not appear.

ADDED EDIT: Could you post a screen shot of what is happening as well as being more specific as to where you are downloading the "installer" from?
