Could you please let us know what is the version of Photoshop you are using? and also exact error message that you get during the installation.

I am trying to install Photoshop CS6.  There is no error code, just Installer Failed to Initialize.

Hi, I've got the same problem as Bridgett : when I try to install Illustrator from the Creative Cloud or any other installation tool it always says : That "The installation fails to initialize", without any error code or anything else but "Download Adobe Support Advisor to iddentify the problem.". I tried to fix it with the creative cloud cleaner but there's nothing to do it keeps doing this. Before it does this, I tried to install Illustrator once from the creative cloud, the initialization worked but the install failed due to a memory problem. Since this moment I cannot even initialize the set up.
