Invalid serial number when re-downloading Acrobat 9. Recogized/registered in my account.

I am trying to re-download to a new laptop Adobe Acrobat 9.  I logged into my account, copied my serial number from the account (which gives a registration date).  After running the download, I paste the serial number in and it tells me that it is an invalid serial number.  I tried taking out the dashes and still get the same error.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

    Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

your installer must exactly match your serial number. ie, version, std vs pro, platform etc must all match.

Thank you.  I have Acrobat 9 Standard.  I can only find a 9 Pro installer.  Do they still make the 9 standard installer?
