Is Adobe always lying to its customers ?

Hi,

My credit card expired and I was asked to update it. Two free months were offered if I updated before Nov. 3rd. I updated on Oct. 31st, and - O miracle - I got an email rewarding me with two DAYS.

I have contacted and updated my support tickets three times already, and for some reason nobody answers. Is this the way you treat your paying customers ?

I am currently contacting as many consumer associations as possible to make Adobe's reputation as bad as I can with my limited means.
