Hello All,
I am wanting to know if I can use an Educational License for commercial work if I have purchased a Commercial License? Because I temporarily don't have access to a comp that can run Creative Cloud other than the University one.

Check your university's polices and more specifically your contract obligations with them.
When I worked in the UC system in California, they had some very strict policies with regard to who owns what. I made sure I was completely free of the UC system before doing anything commercial otherwise I was obliged under contract to share any proceeds and credit with them. In short, if you worked for them, they owned piece of whatever you did. I don't know if this extends to using their equipment or not. But you really should check to be sure.
