Why bother?  Nobody can view Flash or Shockwave content anymore.  

If you want to create animations, use Adobe Animate CC and export to HTML5 Canvas.

I thought that Flash was dead and not supported by all browsers.

adobe's made it more and more difficult to use its older programs as the programs age, but i'm not aware that they've made usage of any (legally obtained) programs illegal.

Also just saying I dont own Flash MX 2004 i just heard people can get it for free
