Is that difficult to unsubscribe a service from adobe?
I have subscribed 2 services in Adobe which are Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year, prepaid) and Adobe InDesign CC (month-to-month).
I contacted 4 customer services and spent over 2 hours to cancel my InDesign service last Saturday.
The customer service told me i was successfully unsubscribed from InDesign.
I just checked my adobe account today.
I discovered that the InDesgin still exits and continue deduct $ from my credit card...
I dialed to service hotline and the hotline cannot explain what had happened.
The service hotline representative just help me unsubscribed my InDesign and refund.
I feel very disappointed to the service provided from Adobe.
I will stop my remaining service under Adobe in furture.
Anyone can tell me Is that difficult to subscribe a service from adobe?
and is there any place i can make a complaint regrading to the service provided by the customer service?
