Is there a way to have multiple color Guides in Illustrator and Photoshop CC so I can have different colors for different layers?

I think it's not possible "natively" to have this functionalty but I found these topics for Photoshop :

Thanks jefferson.bonnaire, The information you sent was helpful but it did not really solve the issue. I am Hoping that Adobe looks at this in the future. I use guidelines all the time and Sometimes wish I could have Multiple color guidelines to annotate a different measured area

I have wanted Adobe to make this sort of thing available for years. I just did a search to see if someone had made a plug-in yet but no such luck. I think it is time to give up hope that Adobe will add this simple yet effective feature and try to find someone that'll make it for me.

I'll keep you in mind should I ever have any luck!
