Is there a way to install the programms in English even though my Profile Language is German?

I just installed the adobe cloud and completed my profile. I used the programms in english earlier but now as I choosed Germany as my country all the downloaded apps are in german. I'd rather use the English versions as I am used to them.

Is there a way to change this?
