Exit Code: 34

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR:

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

- 1 fatal error(s), 0 error(s)

FATAL: Payload 'AdobeColorCommonSetRGB CS7 8.0.0.15 {409D20BA-5B5D-4587-9FEB-A7B7C6FA3896}' information not found in Media_db.

I'm getting this error for ANYTHING. Uninstalling, installing. the cleaner tool simply crashes without messages.  Is there something I can do short of a complete system wipe and rebuild?

Thanks!

Never Mind.

See here:

On the Mac the path is HDD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Then follow the renaming of the three folders as described:

Adobe PCD -> Adobe PCDold

backup -> backupold

caps -> capsold

This circumvented the error on my system.
