Exit Code: 34

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR:

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

- 1 fatal error(s), 0 error(s)

FATAL: Payload 'Camera Profiles Installer_8.8_AdobeCameraRawProfile8.0All 9.0.0.21 {6C9A9AEC-4D11-40B0-8AF5-96650E89585F}' information not found in Media_db.

I have been getting this error when i try to update to photoshop CC 2015.

Tried doing this from threads I have found:

On the Mac the path is HDD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Then follow the renaming of the three folders as described:

Adobe PCD -> Adobe PCDold

backup -> backupold

caps -> capsold

But do not have these folders,Please give the correct folders for the camera raw issue from above.

Thanks

Correct answer Govardhan.V

do you want me to rename them as you have directed above, I may have been looking in the wrong folder before?

Before renaming , I need to know whether you had installed any other Adobe products on the computer?

If you had installed any other product., After renaming Caps folder ,  you might need to uninstall and re install them.

If it is okay, rename Adobe PCD , Backup and Caps folder and try to install Photoshop CC 2015 again .
