ISSUE: Auto Panning on the canvas

From starting a new document, I am met with an annoying auto panning that gradually moves my view to the left of the canvas. It is like a button that is stuck on my keyboard that is causing the panning to occur. However, I have check for that potential issue and it is not a keyboard issue. Is there a function that may have caused this to happen? Perhaps, a shortcut key that I accidentally pressed to cause the auto panning. If so, Where do I go to turn it off?
