Issue with installing/uninstalling creative cloud and \photoshop (error 50, error P50)

Hi,

I have been trying recently to uninstall creative cloud and along with it Photoshop. I only have these on a trial bases but was planning on uninstalling them to later download the full versions after paying.

I tried to uninstall several times through windows, I then deleted all the adobe based files from the "program files" and "program files(x86)" folders. I then attempted to reinstall creative cloud and came up with "error 50" failed to install, then I attempted to use the adobe cleaner tool which did not help my situation.

I tried to install purely just Photoshop and now received "error P50".

Is there anything I can do to install Photoshop/creative cloud again or will i never be able to use these programs again?

Any response would be greatly appreciated,

- Ryan

This error of being unable to find the uninstall files occurs on every CC app I have installed.

Please advise as to how I can solve this issue

Ryan, I would recommend you begin by utilizing the steps listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

Please update this discussion if you have any questions regarding any of the steps listed Ryan.

After scrolling through that thread I couldn't find anyone with the same problem as myself as I can no Uninstall or install.
