Issues installing any apps from Creative Cloud

I'm having issues installing both fresh installations onto my desktop and any updates onto my laptop

I also had issues with Creative Cloud installing on its own and had to use the direct download method to install Creative Cloud

I have been able to install Dreamweaver, Acrobat, and Lightroom Classic so far

While attempting Photoshop, it consistantly hangs at 13% complete, there is no error message, no error log given, the Adobe Installer program just stops using any network bandwidth, other programs will have varied stop points, as well as installing updates on my laptop will have similar results.

I have reinstalled creative cloud several times, done the cleaner app, disabled my internet security, connected directly to the modem to bypass the router

At this point, all I can assume is that my insanely slow internet is causing Adobe servers to timeout the download, but even then I've tried at many different hours to avoid peak traffic

I'm using Windows 10 on both computers, and I can't find any solution that I haven't tried already on the support forums here

I had a similar issue. Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available. The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.

Well, I gave that a try, updated windows and I was using the NVIDIA Game Ready drivers, downloaded the Studio Graphics drivers, clean install option, and photoshop still hangs at 13%

I even tried downloading and installing an older version and still no luck

So I finally got it working!

My C drive is an SSD with 300gb free and my D drive is an HDD with 600gb free, I just switched the install directory over to the D drive and it installed just fine

I also tried installing a new SATA driver for my SSD but that didn't work either, so I wonder if there is a known issue with SSD's

Thanks for the help!
