Issues with Social Account Connection

Hi, please need a friend because I can't get help from Adobe support to answer my question!!!

I have an Adobe account and somehow I had created another Adobe spark account utiling my Gmail email. I started a project their utilizing my Gmail account.  Silly me, when I have a paid Adobe account.  So I assume if I connect the Google "social" account to my Adobe account I should have access to my existing projects that I created utilizing that free account I initiated via my Google account.??   

 

So I try to connect my Google social account to my Adobe account.  When I try to do this I keep getting "social account already associated with an Adobe Account".   Yes, I know, and I want to change that so I can combine the two.   HELP!

This question has been asked before... the answer was that there is no way to "move" a Spark project to a different ID

 

You need to use your correct Adobe ID and create a new Spark project
