it would be nice to get a screen shot of where you are looking for!

It would also be nice to say on which system you are working (OS and version).

My CC app is showing the different programs:

...but make sure you are on the correct screen.

If App tab is missing from creative cloud application in your system:

Apps tab missing from the Creative Cloud desktop app

Follow the steps mention in the above link to resolve this.
