Hi. So I used a different id to install my Creative Cloud account, and when I signed in with my school id, it says I already redeemed my account number. But I'm still on a free trial. Can you help me.

This product has been redeemed under the Email ID that I have mailed you personally , the activation server shows that it has not yest been activated, please download it from www.adobe.com.

You can install it from here Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps & then activate with the Adobe ID that I have messaged you personally..
