Why can I see the product orders but not the product items to download?

I have a user name and password, but it seems like the items I purchased are not registered, but I cannot even locate 24 digit item numbers.

I am spending too much time to get something I paid for.

Could you please confirm which product have you purchased or subscribed to so that we can provide you the download link.

Please share the order number or Adobe ID as well.
