Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
If needed, upgrade your OS and browsers to the latest versions.

Which browser and version #?
I have windows 10, and I have google chrome, the latest version. (Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit))
Disable script blockers and add-ons.
Check your anti-virus settings.
