javascript is disabled

I know there is a similar post but no one of the solutions resolved my problem.

I have the message who tell that javscript is disabled or I verified and javascript is enabled.

I can't install my apps so I can't work.

Here it's adobe media encoder installation program but I have the same problem with Xd installation program.

I repeat javascript is Enabled

you probably need to update your os. if you think not, does your os meet specs? (google adobe <program name> specs)

if you think it does meet specs what os (name, number and version) do you have?

I updated my os today and nothing changed.
