Just received Lightroom 6. Product box only has 20 characters, but registration requires 24. Can't get in touch with customer support (seems like Adobe is bad at customer support. Any ideas?

I Am new to Lightroom and Adobe. Just received boxes Lightroom 6. Registration page requires 24 characters but product box only has 20. I can't get through to Adobe support. Not that impressed with Adobe so far. Any suggestione?

The numbers are usually on the disk case/box inside the main outer box.

Thanks, Ned. I found the serial number. Would have never guessed and glad I didn’t pitch the box right a way.
