Keep getting error code 120 even I have 337 GB aviable

Hi! I trying to install Photoshop. It gets stuck at 8-9% and then it "says" Error code 120. I switched to another hard drive with 337GB available and it still says Error code 120. Any ideas how to fix?

This is a "disk nearly full" error. You say you switched to another disk, can I guess that your C drive is nearly full? You need tens of GB free on C whatever happens.
