La descarga queda incompleta Illustrator

Hola, estoy tratando de descargar Illustrator  queda a al mitad del porcentaje y no avanza , probe todo el dìa en reiterardas oportunidades, cancele y volvi a empezar pero sucede lo mismo, internet tengo  ( puede ser lento , pero hay conexion) , desactive anti virus tambien pero no logre que termine de descargar. Alguien puede ayudarme ? Gracias.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. If I get it correctly, Illustrator installation is stuck in between at certain percentage. I am hopeful that the issue is resolved by now.
