Language for CS6 License in Germany in

I found a seller in Germany (where I am currently located) that has the CS6 Master suite for an affortdable price, however it lists the language as German. Will I be able ot install the applications in English on a Windows Surface pro 7?

Would the software be compatible and prevent me from having to subscribe monthly to creative cloud? I only plan to use it to mess around/edit some photos so paying 20-60EUR/month is not really logical when I can get the CS6 license for 300.

Alternatively could I get a CS6 license from US/GB/AUS?

It is basically impossible to ensure that it is not fake/hacked. There are thousands of sellers, busy making all kinds of fakes. Sometimes the fakes include malware to block Adobe licensing. Sometimes they include stolen serials that may be blocked years later. Since CS6 would have cost thousands of Euros, you have to wonder where they would have obtained it, and why they have had it so long. If you just want Photoshop this is from 10 per month.

In addition to what John said, if this is a used copy of CS6, verify that the license can be transferred from the seller to you. If they're not willing to transfer it, it's quite probably a scam. You cannot legally use it without the license transfer.
