Laptop crashed

Question

Downloaded Creative Cloud, paid yearly subscription and proceeded to instal fs. Message showed saying installation very slow will look in your system to see why! From then on it was downhill all the way. Screen showing details of system frozen. If close out says laptop needs repair but that not workin either! Well fed up.
