Hi all; I updated to 5.0.0.354 yesterday, and since logging in this morning, I'm getting 301s on any app updates I try to execute, my cloud is not syncing, I can't access my Typekit, and I can't click any buttons that create cross-software dialogues, like "Contact us" or "Get Help". Is this just a full wipe and reinstall recommend? I haven't had any other problems with CC in the past year since I started using it. Thanks in advance!

There seems to be a NEW update this morning.

Although the base CC DTA version is the same IIRC there was an update a day or 2 ago and now I got a notice of another.

There are 3 other sections. Coresync, CCX Process and CC Library. So maybe one or more of those got updated.

Sign out and then back in, Maybe rebooting in between and see if the problems you are having go away.

Interestingly, I restarted and the updates installed with no issue, but some other functionality isn't working now... like checking what version of CC I have installed. Everything else seems to have sorted itself out though, so I'll count that as a win for now. Never underestimate the power of a quick restart!

Thanks for the extra info – I'll double-check the rest of those stats when CC lets me!

To get the box I showed above you now have to go to the Help menu and select About Creative Cloud.

And to Fully Exit the CC DTA you have to do either Ctrl + w or File menu item "Exist Creative Cloud". then you get this dialog box and select the "Quit" button.

Same I am having a simlar problem the problem is with the Core Sync. Used this for years with no issues but since the update I can't use CC at all it even freezes my web browser and everything. They should have an option so we can use the older version of CC if we want to. With the old version I never once had a problem.
