Latest PS update keeps failing

Question

I'm on version 22.2.0 of  Photoshop and trying to install the latest update but the update keeps failing.    My question is how do I fix this?  Also, where can I find the code to tell me why the update is failing? My computer is running Windows 10.

if yes, what is it. if no:

you need:

Processor	Intel® or AMD processor with 64-bit support; 2 GHz or faster processor with SSE 4.2 or later
Operating system	Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1809 or later; LTSC versions are not supported

if you think you have that click the start button>type winver>embed* a screenshot of the winver window.
