Latest updates not showing up on Creative Cloud

I have a 13 inch MacBook Pro-2018 running MacOS Catalina 10.15.2. The Creative Cloud Desktop App shows that all my software are Up To Date. It shows the latest version as 21.0.3 for Photoshop and 24.0.3 for Illustrator. Does anyone know why I can't update to the latest releases of the apps?
