Leaving job - need to delete my account and transfer plans

Hi,

I am leaving my job next week. I need to delete my Adobe ID/account and transfer the products I purchased with the company card to my coworker. The plans I need to switch are a couple of Creative Cloud single-app memberships, they are one-year pre-paid. How do I do this?
