Good morning,
Until last week I was using Photoshop Elements 2022 which I purchased. Suddenly it no longer works and my account states that I don't have a license!
Did ADOBE not clean up a little too quickly?
THANKS

do you see an option to license pse 2022 when trying to open it?

No, the home page offers me to edit photos and when I click it spins non-stop.

again, what makes you think it's unlicensed?  ie, open pse, click help and see if activate/sign-in or deactivate/sign-out is clickable.  DON'T click on deactivate/sign-out

Pascal, I can confirm there are no registered software titles under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum. I would recommend contacting people within the organization that manages the e-mail address to figure out the proper account that has access to Photoshop Elements 2022.

Please see https://adobe.ly/4hKDnuE for information on how to review the software titles registered under the account. ^JW

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
