Hello,
The products appear on my Adobe account, but it doesn't show any activated products in the list of activated products.
I also tried Adobe AI chat and Adobe on Twitter, but without success.

Davids, thanks for posting your question on managing your activations for Creative Suite Web Premium. Please see https://adobe.ly/3FDxSjJ for information on how to manage and utilize any remaining activations in 2025. ^JW

Hi, Thanks for your answer but I don't see any solution here to my problem...
Just received this private message, I suppose it's a scam ->

hopefully you didn't reply to that outlook.com email but, if you did, block them when they reply back to start their scam.

I reported and blocked him but I already have another account that doesn't even bother to change the text

ok, sounds like you've got the scammer handled.

There is no one from Adobe here to help customers, however, this is already the third scammer I have blocked.

David, if you have no remaining activations for Creative Suite, then you will need to find a new solution for your creative needs in 2025. No one can increase the amount of allowable activations or deactivate any of your previous installations.
Please see https://adobe.ly/4bMvCCY for information on how to utilize and manage any activations for Creative Suite. ^JW

I have no way to uninstall a license since my laptop is no longer working and I changed the motherboard on my desktop computer (so the CPU and RAM too). I find it too easy to lose an Adobe license that I paid a fortune for. Two computers that break down, and goodbye to the €2000 license. Adobe shouldn't complain about piracy when you sell licenses that are so easy to lose.

If you replaced certain components, Adobe sees the computer as a different computer.
The only way to free up an activation is to deactivate it from the computer that was activated.
If you can't deactivate from the laptop, and didn't deactivate it before changing components, I think your only option would be to reinstall the old components, and hope that Adobe sees it as the computer on which it was activated.
You could then deactivate it, reinstall the new components, and activate it.

Hi, I replaced main board AM3 to AM4, RAM and CPU.
If Adobe don't give any solution to unlock a 2000€ licence, I understand why people prefer piracy instead of paying an unsafe very expensive licence. I paid for safety but in the end I just lose money

you would have to restore the hardware on the computer that has an activation in order to deactivate. that would not be easy and, if it's impossible, it's not possible to deactivate on that computer. there are two with activations. are they both impossible to use for deactivation?

My laptop is dead (at bios level) and my desktop have new main board (so, CPU and RAM too). That's a shame to sell expensive products with insecure licences

adobe's added more and more securty/impediments to using it's legacy apps. i think you're at an impass, other than using for the 30 day trial. there are ways to extend those 30 days, but none of them are easy or convenient.

I paid €2,000 to be able to use this Adobe software legally. It is unacceptable that my license becomes unusable because Adobe protects this software better against its customers than against piracy. The software is able to know that there are two licenses installed and on which hardware they are installed, so that means that it is entirely possible for Adobe to delete activated computers from the database. If they don't do this, it's just to sell newer versions, which doesn't interest me since I'm no longer a professional.

adobe support used to removed activated versions when requested by a licensed user, but they stopped that months ago.

Thank you for your help, if this is how it is, I will have to find a legal solution because it is unacceptable.

It's not your fault, thank you for your help. On the other hand, I blame Adobe and I find their behavior with their customers lamentable

Unsupported Web Premium is a legacy Creative Suite product. It's more than a decade past its "replace me" date. You can't deactivate legacy products online. Sorry, that only applies to current Creative Cloud subscriptions.
Unless you have access to the devices on which CS was previously installed to free up activations for use on a third device, you're stuck. There's not a thing anybody can do except direct you to supported replacements.

This product is old but still more than enough for me. Considering the price, it is unacceptable to lose an expensive license because it is impossible to uninstall the activated license on a broken computer. I bought a lifetime license and seeing how Adobe behaves with those who pay a fortune for their products, I can guarantee you that my alternative will never be an Adobe product again

you can still use for 30days. after that there are ways to continually get another 30 days. none of those are both simple and convenient, but if you're interested, let me know.

I could also use a more modern illegal version, but I paid and I use this outdated version precisely to be at peace and within the law. Adobe cannot protect its products against those who use them for free, but those who pay like me end up deprived of a legal product. It is truly shameful on their part
