Hello,
The products appear on my Adobe account, but it doesn't show any activated products in the list of activated products.
I also tried Adobe AI chat and Adobe on Twitter, but without success.

illegal comes with malware so there's a big benefit to using your legal software even though it's a hassle.

I bought this license when I was a professional so it was worth paying, but now that I use Photoshop much less, I have no interest in paying for a license, there is no need to have a more modern version

There are free & low-cost alternatives to Dreamweaver and Photoshop. But legacy Creative Suite isn't among them.
Good luck.

I currently use Krita and Gimp, but given my years of experience with Photoshop, I'm more comfortable with Photoshop. There are also some online alternatives that are pretty impressive since they do a lot of things without installing anything.

I only need Photoshop because I don't use other softwares. For web, I don't need editors but I use SublimText for everything related to code editing

Then get Photoshop Elements. It's 1000 times better than what you have been using, and it's compatible with modern equipment.
Photoshop Elements 2025 (3 year license, no subscription needed).

I have already purchased an Adobe license, if they do not help me recover my license, I will never put 1€ into one of their products again.

For context, you bought a license for a product with a 3-5 year shelf-life. And that shelf-life ended more than a decade ago. It's fair to say that you're not a victim, you got more than your money's worth from Creative Suite.
Good luck with whichever replacement product(s) you decide to use. 😊
