License renewal for Adobe Muse

In the past i have had a month by month subscription to adobe muse.

Once openning Muse, I was prompted yesterday that i must renew my license by clicking on subscription manager.
Once on the page i saw that on my adobe profile the information was correct and that i had an expired version of muse.
Next to the Muse icon and 'expired - reactivate your plan' i clicked on 'update your payment details'.


I then have a window pop up prompting me 'Updating payment details will reactivate your plan. You will be billed for the current billing cycle within the next 24 hours. In addition your scheduled billing cycle will resume'.

I went through the details updating and waited.

It has now been 27 hours and the only response i have received is $1.00 taken out of the allocated bank account.

Help with this would be much appreciated.
